I am writing to you as a member of the General Assembly and a member of the House Energy Committee. In light of the new developments and concessions made by BWW that makes the wind proposal even more economically beneficial to Delaware and Delmarva"s customers, I respectfully request that you approve the Power Purchase Contract on Dec. 18th.

You were given the authority under the mandates of HB 6 to represent the General Assembly in this matter and I applaud the hard work and committment you've made to a long, complex series of discussions. I have full confidence in your ability to assimilate the myriad of facts and make a responsible decision on behalf of the General Assembly. Thank you for your hard work and conscientious attention.
